It is important for people to seek help from an experienced attorney in situations where they have been hurt or injured.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida (PRWEB) June 03, 2014
Ginnis & Krathen, P.A. is announcing the release of the second video in its 12-video personal injury series. The video, titled “When Should I Contact a Personal Injury Attorney?” provides the benefits of hiring an attorney after and accident or slip and fall.
Stefanie Krathen-Ginnis and partner Eric Ginnis discuss why consumers may need to contact a personal injury attorney as well as what to expect when meeting with a lawyer. Ms. Krathen-Ginnis describes the benefits that an attorney can provide, such as protecting the consumer’s rights, ensuring the victim is compensated for injuries and losses including lost time from work and the inability to work or perform in certain situations.
Mr. Ginnis explains what type of information is important to a lawyer in a personal injury case and what kinds of questions he may ask, such as what happened, where are the vehicles or people involved, if there is any photographic evidence, where is the scene of the injury and what other evidence is documented.
“It is important for people to seek help from an experienced attorney in situations where they have been hurt or injured,” says Mr. Ginnis. “We can explain the process of how it works, and what options or rights are available to the victims.”
One video will be released each month via the company’s website and social media channels. Topics that will be covered in the video series include:
- Auto Accidents
- Defective Products
- Premises Liability
