Eric Ratinoff Included in List of Top 25 Sacramento Super Lawyers
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) July 15, 2014 -- Eric Ratinoff, partner at Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff, LLP, has been selected to the 2014 Northern California Super Lawyers list, with the special honor of inclusion on the top 25 list of Sacramento lawyers. His law partners, Bill Kershaw and Brooks Cutter, were also selected to the 2014 Northern California Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
According to the Super Lawyers site, Ratinoff has achieved numerous jury verdicts and large recoveries for his clients. Recently appointed as "Abogado Consultor" for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Government of Mexico, he provides legal counsel to the Consulate General of Mexico in Sacramento. He is a member of Cien Amigos, a coalition of community leaders working toward the mutual prosperity of both California and Mexico, and serves on the board of directors for both the California Brain Injury Association (BIACAL) and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). As an alumni and faculty member of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, he frequently lectures at seminars around the country on the subjects of personal injury litigation, automobile accident litigation, trial practice and evidence.
Additionally, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA) reports that Ratinoff was honored in 2013 as Humanitarian of the Year by CCTLA, after the namesake of his mentor Mort Friedman. He has been included on the Super Lawyers list every year since 2010 and has been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for multiple years.
