Santa Rosa Fit Body Boot Camp Owners Announce the Opening of Their New Petaluma Fit Body Boot Camp Location
Petaluma, CA (PRWEB) August 07, 2014 -- Katie Switzer and Dallas Wicker, personal trainers and co-owners of Santa Rosa Fit Body Boot Camp, are excited to announce the opening of their second fitness boot camp location in Petaluma.
Petaluma Fit Body Boot Camp, located at 5330 Old Redwood Highway, will open its doors on August 1st, and will host a grand opening celebration to follow in the next few weeks.
“We’re in love with Petaluma and really excited about opening a second fitness boot camp here,” says Switzer. “This is going to enable us to help so many more people here in Sonoma County and we can’t wait to get started.”
For those unfamiliar with the Fit Body Boot Camp franchise, each workout combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking™ and Active Rest periods, to deliver impressive fat-burning results in very little time. Most workouts last thirty minutes or less, which is a great feature for those who want to get fit and live healthier but have very busy schedules.
“Our boot camp sessions are definitely intense and effective,” says Wicker, “but each boot camp training session is packed with high energy and our certified personal training team really focuses on keeping you accountable, motivated, and on track to meet your health and fitness goals.”
Along with their upcoming grand opening celebration, the date of which has not yet been finalized, the boot camp will be launching a 1,000 Pound Meltdown Challenge in September, with all proceeds going to the American Heart Association.
“Fit Body Boot Camps are known for our 1,000 Pound Meltdowns,” explains Switzer. “Last year’s challenge at Santa Rosa Fit Body Boot Camp was a huge success. The people who participated got incredible results over thirty days and we also were able to donate a nice amount of money to a very worthy organization.
The schedule for sessions at Petaluma Fit Body Boot Camp is still being developed, but will consist of several sessions per day, including early morning and evening sessions. The first sessions began August 1st. More information about session times can be had by calling (707) 836-3327.
