US Sports Camps Announces the Return of Nike Ultimate Camp of Philadelphia Returns for Summer 2014 Camp Season
San Rafael, CA (PRWEB) March 06, 2014 -- The Nike Ultimate Camp of Philadelphia will be directed by Jim Brose and Richard Atkins, who both have long and successful ultimate careers. Brose founded the Philadelphia Ultimate Camp in 2004. He spent two years as President for the Philadelphia Area Disc Alliance (PADA), one of the largest ultimate organizations in the world, and presently holds the position of Treasurer. Richard Atkins has been with the Philadelphia Ultimate Camp since the start and has one of the longest and most successful ultimate careers in the world. Atkins is currently the Program Director for PADA and the boys coach at Lower Merion High School.
“We had a great first year partnering with Nike Ultimate Camps last summer and we’re really looking forward to building off that and continuing to offer our camp to more and more kids,” Brose said. “We love what we do, because we feel that along with ultimate skills, we are also a teaching our campers life skills that they can utilize forever.”
The 2014 Nike Ultimate Camp of Philadelphia will be held from June 23rd -27th. Camp runs from 9:00am-4:00pm daily and is geared towards young athletes, ages 12-18, of all ability levels. Campers will utilize the Edgely Field at Fairmount Park, "Philadelphia’s favorite locale for ultimate."
