About the Authors
Philip Forsang Ndikum is a barrister-at-law in England and Wales, and a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Cameroon. He is the founder of Ndikum Law Group in England, Ndikum Law Offices in Douala, Cameroon, and Ndikum Publications in London. He was a research and graduate assistant at the University of Minnesota Human Rights Center and has worked in law firms in Cameroon, Paris, England and Minnesota. He is currently a law lecturer at the Cameroon-European Union Cooperation Programme d’Appui au Secteur de la Justice.
Serge-Delors Ndikum is a member of the LL.M. Maritime Law class, 2014, University of Southampton School of Law and LL.B. Honours class of 2013, University of Southampton School of Law. Furthermore he was awarded honors in French civil law at Université Paris-Sud XI, Faculté Jean Monnet. He is the International Consultant at Ndikum Law Offices, Douala, Cameroon and heads the European Operations and Aviation and maritime Law departments of the firm. He is a member of the Old Gordonstounian’s Association and Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
