Elizabeth Smart said, “I’m so excited and honored to be speaking at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services’ 35th Anniversary. We all have our challenges in life, and so often too many of us find ourselves alone. Having support and a network of friends to rely upon is essential in triumphing over those challenges. Pine Grove is truly a beacon of hope not only locally but nationally and a role model for others to follow.” Pine Grove is looking forward to welcoming Elizabeth Smart to Hattiesburg and her inspiring message about the importance of finding strength, and embracing the future. According to Debbie Sanford, Administrator of Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, “Elizabeth Smart’s mission to help other people overcome trauma and reclaim their lives is very much aligned with Pine Grove’s 35 years of providing hope and healing to children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with behavioral health care and addiction issues.” Following Elizabeth Smart’s presentation, she will participate in a book signing of her two publications, My Story and Where There’s Hope.
