Dr. Jeffrey Kenkel Co-Chairs 17th Annual Dallas Cosmetic Symposium
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- Dallas plastic surgeon and Vice-Chairman of the Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center Dr. Jeffrey M. Kenkel together with colleague, Dr. Rod Rohrich, will co-chair the Dallas Cosmetic Symposium. The two day event focuses on the latest innovations and advances in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, specifically new soft tissue fillers, and advanced uses of Botox.
Specific presentations at this year's Symposium include "Form Stable Implants", "SAFE Liposuction", "Fat Harvest and Transfer", "Drainless abdominoplasty", and "Long Term Results of Laser/Chemical Peels in skin resurfacing".
"We now have had anatomically shaped or tear dropped shaped breast implants available for over a year. We will discuss the merits of these implants and identify the patients that benefit the most from them." says Dr. Kenkel. "For the first time in several decades, the landscape of breast augmentation options has shifted dramatically. As plastic surgeons, we are now able to choose between a wide variety of implant types and surgical options to provide patients with treatment choices that fit their specific needs and goals."
The meeting will also include lectures, panel discussions, and live demonstrations on non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures such as Botox and the advanced use of fillers. Other presentations include, Advanced Injectables, Long Term Results in Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and Periorbital Rejuvenation.
"This year’s meeting highlights some of the newer procedures in plastic surgery and focuses on long term results," says Dr. Kenkel. "The most important aspects for our patients are reproducibility and long-term results. We are fortunate to have some many world experts here in Dallas for our symposium."
