Irene Catanese is currently in the Program Management Office at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Illinois In this role, Irene is involved in the management of the IT and Business stakeholders overseeing the successful delivery of the modernizing the claims system and customer service environment. Irene has worked on business transformation and process reengineering projects in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement. Irene lends a consulting perspective and has led transformation project for clients including Aon, UBS Warburg, Royal Bank of Scotland, CNA Insurance, and Chicago Department of Public Health.
