For the first time ever, PMI Chicagoland will livestream the speaker presentation during the June 14th dinner meeting. NK Shrivastava will be speaking on “Tips and Tricks for Improving Stakeholder Engagement.” The livestream event will be held on June 14, 2017, starting at 7:00 pm.

The PMI Chicagoland Chapter is hosting its first livestream event, designed to make the speaker presentation accessible to everyone everywhere. Chicago traffic and busy schedules make it difficult to get to events in-person. The livestream option provides the ability to view the presentation remotely. Simply stream the event via your desktop or mobile device.

NK Shrivastava’s June 14th presentation is designed to help you improve stakeholder engagement through a series of time-tested tips and tricks. Topics include performing stakeholder analysis, building a stakeholder register, using a stakeholder engagement matrix, evaluating stakeholder engagement with the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and integrating stakeholder management with the communication plan. Attendees will leave this presentation with the knowledge and skills needed to improve project success through enhanced stakeholder management.

Livestream participants will view the video and will be able to download the presentation. The video can be viewed individually or as a group. Access to the video content will be available for 90 days after the event. Price is $19.99 for chapter members and $29.99 for non-members.
