Police.us.org Streamlines Background Check Process
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) August 15, 2013 -- Police.us.org has streamlined their search system to make sure that people get access to police reports more quickly and accurately, the company announced yesterday.
“As part of our ongoing efforts to provide customers with the best level of service, we discovered that we could improve the way people search for police records,” a Police.us.org spokesman said. “So, we had our IT department completely revamp the way our public records search system works.”
The new system allows Police.us.org customers to get access to the arrest records and warrant checks they are looking for considerably faster by streamlining the search service, he said.
“Beyond that, we have put new search filters in place that reduce and often eliminate false positives,” the Police.us.org spokesman said. “This means that customers can drill down to the exact person they are looking for with a higher degree of confidence.”
The result was achieved by modifying the search terms people input during a background check and then using predictive software to isolate the person the customer is trying to search for, the Police.us.org spokesman said.
“We now have a much more efficient and precise service in place,” he said. “Customers will notice the difference right away.”
Police.us.org made sure the system went through extensive beta testing before it went live, he said.
“We are very proud of how much we have managed to improve our service,” he said.
