San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) April 29, 2015 -- Silicon Valley private label manufacturing startup of award-winning 100% Kona coffee pods Pooki’s Mahi announced today it revamped its Coffee Subscription Platform expanding its repeat customer business beyond traditional marketplaces.
One-third of Pooki’s Mahi’s existing customer base purchased 20 or more times. Inspired by a strong repeat customer base, Pooki’s Mahi revamps the subscription sales channel to focus on the newly launched environmentally friendly single serves for 100% Kona coffee and 100% Hawaiian coffees. The revamped subscription program has three delivery windows: monthly, three months and six months.
“Pooki’s Mahi’s Subscription Store launched in 2014 and quickly learned the platform did not accommodate several core functionality such as the ability to offer complimentary shipping to US and Canada, modifying the customer’s account and real-time connection to our fulfillment centers. Pooki’s Mahi’s Ops and Customer Success Teams spent more time aligning orders to the backend systems,” explains Pooki’s Mahi’s CEO Les Magsalay-Zeller.
Les continues, “The new subscription platform is integrated with Pooki’s Mahi’s fulfillment systems. Complimentary shipping offered for three-month and six-month plans to US and Canada. The revamped subscription store will offer the newly launched ECO Single Serve products.”
Customers can sign up for recurring deliveries of sustainable 100% Kona coffee pods, saving the time and effort of logging on to place each order individually. Customers will select the delivery plan of monthly, three months or six months. Products will be delivered based on the plan selected. Pooki’s Mahi’s subscription store operates on a different platform from the main online store.
The subscription Program conditions include:
1. Customers must have a Pooki’s Mahi subscription account in order to manage the purchased items, modify or cancel the billing cycle through the program.
2. Pooki’s Mahi’s subscription plans are specific to the customer; the customer may not assign or transfer the subscription to any third party.
3. By accepting a customer into the Subscription Program, the customer’s participation in Pooki’s Mahi’s subscription plan will be treated as establishing a standing request to process an order from the customer in relation to the products selected for the specific Pooki’s Mahi’s subscription plan.
4. Each order cycle will be treated as a separate acceptance of an offer to sell the products submitted on the working day. The working day will start the order cycle for the subscription and determine the next delivery date for the next subscription.
5. Pooki’s Mahi’s reserves the right to accept or refuse subscription request at Pooki’s Mahi’s discretion.
