Etailer startup of award-winning 100% Kona coffee K-cups® Pooki’s Mahi announced today it has been award San Francisco’s 2015 Award in the Coffee category by the San Francisco Award Program.

Every year the San Francisco Award Program honors achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the San Francisco area. Pooki’s Mahi was recognized for having shown the ability to use best practices in New Product Introduction to consistently launch products to market. Pooki’s Mahi comprehensive marketing efforts included launching four business channels and a new product line. This involved integrating partners and activities in the entertainment industry (TV and movie), social media channels and replacing the marketing org so it is revenue and product marketing driven. The overall launch plan drove market communications, community outreach and industry events to expand the brand.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2015 San Francisco Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the San Francisco Award Program and data provided by third parties.

10.    On Time Delivery (OTD) of 99.5% beats a marketplace target of 95%
