Pooki’s Mahi Improves Popular 100% Kona Coffee Decaf Single Serve Pods Addressing Poor Manufacturing Quality Issues
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) June 30, 2015 -- Pooki’s Mahi announced today it launched an improved 100% recyclable environmentally friendly single serve cup for the popular 100% Kona coffee, Decaf single serve pods products.
The original 100% Kona coffee DECAF single serves did not meet Pooki’s Mahi’s high standard of quality. Customers logged multiple complaints:
1. Circular lid would explode in a variety of single serve brewers.
2. Actual cup is plastic and not recyclable.
3. The sides of the cup showed signs of melting near the lid area.
4. Unable to smell the coffee; assume the coffee is fresh.
5. Not expiration date or lot code at the cup level
6. The outside packaging did not protect the single serves.
Pooki’s Mahi terminated the partnership with the original manufacture. The new manufacturing partner for Pooki’s Mahi’s environmentally friendly 100% Kona coffee pods has the capacity and has been producing the new line of 100% Kona, 100% Hawaiian and Kona flavored coffee single serves since early 2015. Customers have given the new ECO single serve cups very high ratings at several top online marketplaces.

Pooki’s Mahi’s new 100% Kona decaf coffee single serve is priced at $47.99 USD. The price includes 24 individually wrapped single serves. Both decaffeinated Kona coffees were roasted in machines that are not in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, eggs, milk or soy. Shipping to the Lower 48 States is included. The new products are compatible with 1.0 and 2.0 single serve coffee makers.
