Pooki’s Mahi has stringent product sourcing requirements. Pooki’s Mahi sources 100% Kona coffee beans from Kona, Big Island; 100% Maui Mokka coffee beans from Kaanapali, Maui and 100% Ka’u coffee beans from Ka’u, Big Island. Roasting for all 100% Hawaiian coffee beans are done in Oahu, Hawaii. Final cup production and First Article Inspections (FAI) occurs in mainland USA in a BRC certified manufacturing facility with Kosher and Fair Trade certifications. Pooki’s Mahi always lists the total percentage of Kona coffee beans used on the individual wrapper.
The Summer Fancy Food Show is from June 26th – June 28th at the Javits Center in New York. Doors open at 10:00am and close at 5:00pm daily.
