Ms. Cyphert has over 30 years of military service in the Air National Guard and the Air Force reserve, working at various levels within the organization that include HQ Air Force, and National Guard Bureau staff.

Kathleen earned her MBA at George Washington University in Washington DC. She Is a member of the National Guard Association and the Enlisted Association of the United States.
