“Our need for additional, experienced deal makers is a witness of our steady growth over the last couple of years,” says Craig Dickens, CEO and Managing Director. “We have been working on several exciting deals in software, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, construction and real estate,” Dickens says. “Overall as a firm, we consider ourselves somewhat industry agnostic, but each deal maker holds industry sector expertise that we are able to tap.”
As a firm, the Merit Harbor Group, LLC is focused on growing and profitable middle-market companies. In addition, the firm is strategically positioned with the new equity crowdfunding rules to facilitate raising capital in new and interesting ways. Corporate operational and management expertise is a plus, as most of the current management members within the firm have owned and operated their own companies, allowing them to speak the same language as many of their company-owning clients. The company is actively seeking managing directors, associates and analysts with the unique ability to facilitate deals in various sectors across the middle market.
