LatinGlobal Services has announced that it has added insurance premium financing to the ever-elongating list of services it provides for residents of the Minnesota Community. Upon consulting with Third Eye Solutions, a leading provider of software and services for the premium finance industry, LatinGlobal Services learned that the implementation of a premium finance program is not complicated and made the decision to venture into this profitable market. Premium financing will provide LatinGlobal’s clients with the flexibility to manage stringent insurance payment schedules and help the company gain an edge over competitors. Ms. Giovanna Rud, the founder and President of LatinGlobal Services has overseen the company’s remarkable transition up to this point.

In modern times where income inequality is high and socioeconomic mobility is low, it is rather justifiable to be skeptical of the idea of the American Dream. Despite this, extraordinary stories like Giovanna Rud’s prove that this dream is still achievable for a select few people who put their nose to the ground and really pay their dues. At the age of just 16, Giovanna moved from Peru to Miami, armed with nothing but an enterprising spirit and a desire to chart a new path in a foreign land. Confronted with language barriers, Giovanna persevered through unhelpful ESL classes and gained admittance to university; where she studied business. It was in University where Giovanna became fluent in English and learned the skills she needed to start her career as an entrepreneur.

A series of personal events brought Giovanna to Minnesota where she was confronted with a very different climate, both literally and figuratively, than Miami. Whereas Miami was home to a rich Hispanic community that was well supported with tailored services, Minnesota’s Latin American community was just beginning to grow and local residents faced an uphill battle in trying to find services tailored to their needs. In particular, Giovanna noticed one major impediment preventing Hispanic residents from integrating into their broader community; social security identification. Out of this need, LatinGlobal Services, or as it was known in the year 2000, LatinRaza Services was born. Starting as a modest firm that helped members of the Hispanic community file taxes and obtain ITIN identification, diligent networking and marketing efforts soon transformed the company into much more. LatinGlobal Services grew steadily and the company began offering consulting, accounting, and payroll services to help local entrepreneurs start, manage, and grow their businesses. Five years ago, Giovanna expanded again, venturing into the insurance industry, with an aim to connect local residents and businesses with insurance policies suited to their needs.

The latest undertaking in LatinGlobal’s expansion is premium financing. Wishing to further streamline her customer experience, Giovanna contacted Third Eye Solutions to find out how she could help her clients manage their premium financing needs without having to direct them to third-party companies that were, often times, unable to communicate effectively with Hispanic clientele. Leveraging Third Eye’s expertise, LatinGlobal was able to implement a premium finance programme easily.Third Eye Solutions facilitated the startup at every step, up to and including, the provision of a simple framework to manage day-to-day operations. According to Giovanna herself, “Third Eye was instrumental in helping me reach my goals and was always available to respond to any questions I had right away.”

Offering premium financing is just another phase in LatinGlobal’s evolution, bringing the company one step closer to being able to offer a complete array of business services under one roof. Giovanna’s ambitions don’t stop there, however, with her plans for the upcoming year being to expand LatinGlobal internationally and offer consulting services to companies in Latin America wishing to do business with the United States. With this new venture, Giovanna will truly have come full circle as an entrepreneur, and as a woman who gives back to the various communities that helped her become the woman she is today.
