Premium Retail Services (Premium), a St. Louis-based provider of retail assisted sales, associate training, merchandising and field marketing welcomes one new member to our business development team, Greg McKenzie (McKenzie), Vice President of Business Development.

McKenzie will work for Premium Retail Solutions (Solutions), Premium’s Atlanta-based subsidiary that focuses heavily on retail strategy, consumer insights and retail analytics. The group uses cutting-edge methodologies to assess and analyze the competitive landscape of retail, creating specific recommendations for our clients.

McKenzie has an extensive background in the Home channel, with nearly 30 years of experience directing sales, service, product and marketing teams. In his most recent role at The Home Depot, McKenzie was a leader in sales growth and development of effective strategic merchandising initiatives. Roles at The Home Depot included Director of Merchandising Execution and Field Merchant, and Merchant. Prior to The Home Depot, McKenzie was Director of Sales at Delta Faucet. McKenzie has also held roles including Divisional Sales Manager at Black & Decker’s Hardware and Home Improvement Division and National Sales Manager at U.S. Brass/Eljer Industries. McKenzie has received numerous awards, including the Eagle Award at Black & Decker and a Performance Achievement award by The Home Depot CEO, Frank Blake.

Originally from Caddo Mills, Texas, McKenzie lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife of 25 years, Michelle, two children – Blake and Allison – and grandchild, Elliana. McKenzie enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golf, live music, classic cars and the Dallas Cowboys.
