ALPHARETTA, Ga. (PRWEB) August 28, 2018
Priority Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: “PRTH”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of PPS Tech Partners, an Arizona-based former branded office of Priority Payment Systems.
The acquisition of PPS Tech Partners has both a positive financial impact and key strategic value for Priority, as the founder and managing partner, Eric Meyers, joins the senior management team. Meyers will focus on the burgeoning integrated payments channel, working closely with Priority’s Integrated Partners business unit as well as pursuing business-to-business payments (B2B) and payment adjacent services for large enterprise.
“I have greatly enjoyed building multiple companies in the payments space over the course of my career and it has been fascinating to see the transformation of the market over that period of time,” commented Meyers. “What excites me the most about this new role is my ability to contribute meaningfully to the growth of an enterprise that has only begun to show its potential for scale. It is both humbling and inspiring to be a part of this team and organization.”
“This acquisition allows us to accelerate business development in two areas that are of high strategic significance to our overall enterprise strategy. Eric’s proven track record and extensive network will give us meaningful advantages as we push towards our goals in the integrated payments and B2B marketplaces,” said John Priore, Chief Executive Officer of Priority Technology Holdings.
