Wholesale hardware business Custom Service Hardware went to the International Builders’ Show in February armed with their hottest products to display on the conference floor. The CS Hardware team knows that while the pictures on their website are great, videos are even better for showing off just how well these products function when installed. Known for their QuietGlide™ rolling library ladder and rolling barn door, CS Hardware also brought their hidden storage InvisiDoor frame and hidden bookcase door to the conference. These home products are all made in the USA.

CS Hardware worked with HomeTalk USA to create videos at the IBS conference. He created four videos for CS Hardware to detail their rolling library ladder, rolling barn door, hidden storage and InvisiDoor. These videos show CS Hardware’s rolling library ladder in action, including the smooth gliding motion along the rail and the easy way to store it when not in use. Customers enjoy being able to visualize how their new ladder, or rolling door, will function in their home. These videos are a great asset to CS Hardware’s already booming selection of 30-thousand products. Customers get more information from a video about function and installation to aid in their selection process. The video showing the rolling barn door explains how easily, and quietly, the door moves. The large selection of different colors and designs of roller straps are on display on one wall, allowing customer to see how they look in action compared to a picture on a product page.

CS Hardware showcased three InvisiDoor products at IBS. Their hidden bookcase door is well-known and loved by customers and is always a hit with new visitors at the show. The simple pivot hinge makes for easy installation of the bookcase door as an inswing or outswing, and it can be installed into an existing door frame in a home. Introduced in 2013, the InvisiDoor bifold door is installed over an existing door frame or closet, folding and opening outward, so it doesn’t have to match the door frame size. A brand new product is the hidden storage InvisiFrame. CS Hardware created a video showing how to use this product for hidden storage. It can be installed with a picture frame or mirror, using drawer slides, which opens to show a hidden cabinet or storage space. These hidden storage and door options are great for keeping emergency supplies, firearms, heirlooms, or other valued items. They are also a way to add a unique and attractive design to your home that offers a surprise, with a simple installation.

Creating videos of CS Hardware’s major products in use, as well as providing more information about how they are installed and function, allows them to help customers make more informed purchases. Many people took notice at IBS, including the Fine Homebuilding Magazine team. They produced a video of their own with a contributing author and contractor who loves the InvisiDoor and has installed them in his clients’ homes. CS Hardware has reliable customer service, and they routinely process orders and ship within 24 hours.
