I’m thrilled to lead Propeller’s Silicon Valley office at this pivotal time in our history. I look forward to strengthening our brand in the market and delivering exceptional results for an expanding set of clients in the innovation hub of the world, while creating memorable experience.
PORTLAND, Ore. (PRWEB) October 18, 2019
Propeller, a management consultancy whose clients include leading organizations in the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, technology, and retail industries, today announced the promotion of David Woltze to managing director of the firm’s new Silicon Valley office.
With 10 years of experience leading large-scale implementations, designing operating models, and defining employee management initiatives, Wolze’s leadership style is inspired by a deep passion for people. He leverages this people-first philosophy to cultivate compassionate workplaces, meaningful connections, and enriching customer experiences.
“David is the servant leader poised to shepherd Propeller into the future and build on the progress we’ve made in San Francisco over the last three years,” said Sunil Kasturi, San Francisco Managing Director at Propeller. “His expertise, collaborative mindset, and drive to succeed have made him an invaluable advisor and mentor to our teams and clients alike. I’ve been honored to work alongside David, and I’m excited for the future of our Silicon Valley office with David at the helm.”
Since joining Propeller’s Portland office in 2014, and becoming the first consultant in the San Francisco market in 2016, Woltze has been a key player in driving the firm’s growth and people-first culture, while supporting relationships with some of the regions most significant consumer and technology brands. In his new role, Woltze will continue to bolster Propeller’s presence in the Bay Area while making strategic investments to meet growing business demands.
“I’m thrilled to lead Propeller’s Silicon Valley office at this pivotal time in our history,” Woltze said. “I look forward to strengthening our brand in the market and delivering exceptional results for an expanding set of clients in the innovation hub of the world, while creating memorable experiences for our people, our purpose, and our brand.”
Woltze’s promotion follows several years of rapid business growth for Propeller. In the past year alone, the firm achieved 35+% year-over-year revenue growth, surpassed 120 employees, celebrated two new office openings in Silicon Valley and Denver, and was recognized by Fortune as the No. 88 best medium-sized workplace in the United States. As the company continues to increase in scope, headcount, and geography, Propeller is committed to maintaining its local, people-centric business model.
“From the start, people-first has always been at the heart of Propeller’s business ethos,” said Amy Weeden, CEO and co-founder of Propeller. “David’s promotion to managing director underscores this vision and our steadfast commitment to giving employees the opportunity needed to excel in their careers and the flexibility to lead balanced and fulfilled lives.
His leadership will allow us to build a great work culture in Silicon Valley and drive exceptional value for our clients.”
