Seattle Property Management Company Announces its Support of Fundraiser for Foster Kids
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) August 20, 2013 -- As the school year approaches, kids are buying the latest tech and fashion to make their grand entrance on the first day. Many foster children are less privileged, however, and that is why North Pacific Property Management, a Seattle property management company, is teaming up with Treehouse in their effort to supply foster kids with new backpacks. The company announced this joint effort in a recent blog, where they said they were accepting donations at their Seattle headquarters, in Queen Anne. This backpack drive will last until August 30.
Donations can also be made directly at Treehouse’s website. Treehouse is an organization dedicated to investing in foster youth. Their efforts benefit the lives of millions of teenagers and children each year. Last year, Treehouse brought over $7.5 million together to invest in foster child advocacy, basic needs, and school supplies.
