PropertyValues.us.org has ramped up their customer service department by offering to help customers who speak Spanish and French as a first language, the company announced yesterday.
“The fact is that not everyone in North America speaks English,” a PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “In much of the United States, communities speak Spanish. In Canada many of our customers speak French. They have just as much of a right to property information as our English-speaking customers.”
PropertyValues.us.org also plans to launch French and Spanish versions of their site in the near future.
“This is a long-term initiative to make sure that we serve as many people as possible,” the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “No matter who you are, if you are thinking about buying or selling real estate we want you to know that we speak your language.”
The French and Spanish customer service will be available from their phone bank and their online help desk service, the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said.
“If you need to get in touch with us, we'll make sure that there is someone who is able to communicate with you,” he said. “We takes the questions and concerns of all of our customers very seriously.”
Although the customer service representatives will speak these additional languages, they will still be located in North America, he said.
“We will never outsource any of our services,” the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “It is important to us that our customers know that we understand their culture.”
