PropertyRecord.com Building Article Database To Educate Potential Home Buyers
Houston, TX (PRWEB) April 04, 2014 -- PropertyRecord.com is set to launch a large database of articles to help people gain a better understanding of the home buying process, the company announced yesterday.
“Most people don't know how the real estate buying process really works,” a PropertyRecord.com spokesman said. “They rely on their real estate agent to walk them through it. That can be a real problem if the agent is inexperienced or has their own agenda. We want to give people the power to understand the process themselves so that they are not at the mercy of their real estate agent.”
The article database will be published in the members' area of the PropertyRecord.com site, he said. Selected articles will also be put on on their social media sites and their blog, he said.
“We have been working with real estate professionals to put these articles together,” he said. “They will not only be informative, but also written in plain English without any industry jargon. We want everyone to understand exactly what goes on during a real estate purchase so they can't get taken advantage of.”
The idea for the database came from PropertyRecord.com's customer service staff, he said.
“They were getting a bunch of calls asking questions about things their real estate agent were saying to them,” he said. “It made us realize just how many agents out there are just looking for a commission and don't really have buyer's best interests at heart.”
