Max and Christine had contacted three other building firms in the area, but after meeting with us we were awarded the project without hesitation. They bought into our passion, enthusiasm and creative ideas of what could actually be achieved within the constraints of the building and their budget. We came up with several approaches to the project which they loved.”
“They had purchased the property as a family bolthole from the hustle and bustle of hectic lives in South Wales. The property was in a sorry state. A long standing plumbing failure, together with what can only be described as some outright dangerous electrical modifications were amongst items that needed immediate attention. This project was going to incorporate some significant improvements and updates in the 60 year or so lifespan of the property.”
“The client’s primary residence being in South Wales, they needed someone they could trust to manage the whole project from start to finish. As well as this, there was a fixed budget to work to and they wanted the refurbishment completed to a set deadline. Due to their absence from the area, we kept them fully updated with weekly photographic progress reports.”
