“We have reached a point in our company where we need consumer input on our customer service standards,” a PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “To make additional improvements in our customer service, we need to reach out and get a real-world snapshot from our customers.”
PropertyValues.us.org will start out by sending existing customers surveys on what their customer service experience with the company was like, he said.
“After that, we will start doing a survey of new customers at every contact point,” the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “First, as soon as they have gotten their report. Then several days later when they have had time to review their report. Finally, we will give them a survey every time they contact customer service.”
The goal is to find out what customers like about the PropertyValues.us.org customer service experience and where there are problems, he said.
“We'd like to think that our customer service is perfect,” he said. “But we know there is always room for improvement. And we understand that our customers are the best knowledge source on our customer service issues.”
The survey initiative will last roughly one month and the company will announce the results and any improvements they will make as soon as it is completed, the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said.
“We have always been transparent with our customers, and that is not going to change any time soon,” he said.
