Stories and truths intertwine in Jacqulyn E. Grant’s empowering debut memoir, “And That Day Came: Acceptance” (published by Balboa Press). The book offers a glimpse into how one woman’s experiences and angelic encounters helped shape her divine destiny. “And That Day Came” is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/That-Day-Came-Acceptance-ebook/dp/B07GW36V5Z.

In the two-part book, the author shares the experiences of both her childhood and adulthood. Part one contains lessons about Grant’s choices and how she ignored her intuitive strengths before accepting herself. Part two is about her life after moving. Grant shares how, humbled by a new outlook on life and with an open mind, she had a better understanding about her intuitive gifts. Appreciating herself included facing eerie and sometimes frightening feelings along the way. Ultimately, Grant says she found that answers to the most simple and challenging questions are all rooted in love.

“I believe my book will appeal to readers because it is designed to cause the reader to think about themselves and their own lives and the choices they’ve made,” states Grant. “Each chapter ends by acknowledging and reflecting on my experiences. I want the readers to think about their lives, what’s happening, and if it’s good for them. If not, I hope my experiences and challenges faced along the way will inspire them to make a lifestyle change.”
