Published Author Norman Currey Describes How and Where did Airplanes Begin and Who Did It
New marketing campaign is set for 'Airplane Stories and Histories'
ATLANTA, Aug. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Norman Currey wanted to tell the world about some of the interesting airplanes he had worked on and about how some other airplanes had been conceived and developed. This objective prompted him to write "Airplane Stories and Histories" (published by Xlibris in March 2017).
Set for a new marketing campaign, the book describes how airplanes were born and then quickly evolved into viable warplanes, from which commercial airlines developed. He includes pioneering efforts such as crossing the Atlantic, Pacific, World War II, the jet engine, overcoming problems and development of various aircraft. The book also discusses the current work such as drones and considers future plans.
"This book is a relatively non-technical, abbreviated account of airplane flight from its beginning to the present day, including much human interest and history. It also addresses the question of 'What's next?'"
"Airplane Stories and Histories" aims to provide readers a better understanding of the problems and challenges airplane designers and pilots faced. Additionally, it hopes to stir their interest in exploring some subjects in greater depth and have a good feeling that they have learned something new and interesting as well as it refreshed their memory of some important aviation history.
