Pursuant, a full-service fundraising agency serving nonprofit organizations, has been selected a multiple winner in the 40th-annual Telly Awards. With this year’s awards, Pursuant has now been recognized for creative excellence with more than 50 Telly Awards in the almost 20 years of the company’s history.
The Telly Awards named Pursuant as a silver award winner for Social Video and bronze award winner for Branded Content in this year’s awards. Details and links to this year’s award-winning videos are below:
- Doreen’s Story — Silver winner in the category of Social Video produced for the Patient Access Network Foundation (PAN Foundation).
In order to assist more patients, PAN Foundation was looking for support in telling stories that would help them build a base of annual supporters. Pursuant’s team of creative strategists created this video, Doreen’s Story, to accomplish that goal. By telling Doreen's story firsthand, PAN was able to share the real-world impact that out-of-pocket medical expenses have on those with an insurance coverage gap. The video also highlights the role PAN can play in making a real difference for many people facing these challenges.

- Forest Theater Restoration — Bronze winner in the category of Branded Content produced for CitySquare.
In 2017, CitySquare embarked on a journey to work alongside leaders in the south Dallas community to revitalize the Forest Theater to provide health, education, and entertainment resources for residents. The Forest Theater Restoration video was created to cast the vision for that effort in a way that celebrated the theater's history and inspired other Dallas residents to build upon the success of the past and join the movement of revitalizing the city.
In addition to inspiring others to support the vision, the video communicated CitySquare's intention to engage the community to gather input about what is needed and what is lacking before crafting a final vision for the theater.
