Lee Crump is the CIO of Rollins Inc, a company that provides essential pest control services and protection against termite damage, rodents and insects to more than 2 million customers worldwide. Concerning IT services, Crump explains the importance of having a highly mobile work force, and with that, efficient IT services are essential to the company and its sales team.
The current and most major initiative that Rollins’ CIO is facing is “replacing a 13 year old internally developed custom branch operating system with a much more current system,” explained Crump. They are starting with a packaged system and modifying it to fit the unique Rollins needs.
