On September 17, 2013, Lynn Hood, guest host of Results Matter Radio on Business RadioX®, welcomed to the studio Ellen Adair Wyche with Womenetics to learn about their upcoming annual Global Women's Initiative.

Ellen Adair Wyche is a co-founder and the Vice President of Programs for Womenetics, an organization that provides high caliber content, programs and services to accelerate business by advancing women leaders. It is a globally recognized center of influence regarding gender diversity and women’s leadership. According to Wyche, "Our mission is to develop, support and inspire female leaders to create an impact in their fields. We do this by focusing on three areas: women as effective business leaders, as successful business owners and as change agents around global issues impacting the bottom line."

Womenetics is a certified B-Corp, recognized for its positive social impact in empowering and elevating women through programs, leadership development, business training, and compelling editorial content distributed across multiple live events and online.

On September 25th, Womenetics will host its annual Global Women's Initiative at the Georgia Aquarium. Explained Wyche, "The focus of this event will center on how companies can better utilize the talents of women to accelerate the benefits derived from shared value in order to help produce long-term solutions, recognizing the unique ways women are impacted by and can impact the world’s problems."

The conference will expand understanding of how the creating shared value (CSV) business approach can incorporate women to reward competitiveness, generate bottom line results and deliver tangible social benefits.

Wyche went on to say, "Shared value strategies engage the scale and innovation of companies to advance social progress. At the same time, shared value offers new ways for others to engage with corporations in delivering social impact."
