Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 22, 2013 -- On November 20, 2013, Kate Schermerhorn, host of Squawk Talk on Business RadioX®, was joined in the studio by Jeff Ruehman with Fidelity Bank Mortgage, Don Walters with The Ephraim Group, Brett Duffy with Coldwell Banker and Jeff Foster with Keller Interiors to talk about their businesses and careers.
The first guest was Jeff Ruehman, Senior Mortgage Banker with Fidelity Bank Mortgage. Ruehman specializes in financing for clients who are self-employed, as well as first-time buyers. He works with several builders in the Metro Atlanta area and has a lot of experience with new construction transactions. Fidelity Bank Mortgage is a division of Fidelity Bank which originates loans in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, as well as throughout Georgia, Florida, Virginia, and Maryland. According to Ruehman, "Fidelity Bank Mortgage is a direct lender with in-house processing and underwriting, which means loan decisions are made faster. Our in-house mortgage operation allows our borrowers to be informed every step of the way."
Also in the studio was Don Walters with The Ephraim Group, an independent insurance agency providing great value for its clients through education, products and service. As owner of The Ephraim Group, Walters said their motto is “We Represent the Insurance Companies… But We Work For You!”
Next was Brett Duffy, Managing Broker for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Dunwoody Office. According to Duffy, "The Dunwoody office is the number one residential real estate company in Dunwoody." Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a leading residential real estate company with 13 offices and over 800 sales associates serving the communities of Greater Atlanta.
Rounding out the discussion was Jeff Foster, Project Manager with Keller Interiors. Keller strives to be the market leader in floor covering installation and professional customer service through achieving excellence in installation and service. Since 1991, they have provided consistent and reliable results for all of their partners. Foster said, "By having the best craftsmen in the flooring industry, we have established ourselves as the 'go to' guys for some of the largest contractors in construction."
