Rainmaker’s Intelligent Lead Management Unveils Powerful New Enhancements
ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) November 02, 2016 -- The Rainmaker Group, the market-leading provider of automated Revenue Management and profit optimization software solutions for the Multifamily Housing and Gaming & Hospitality industries, today announced a series of powerful enhancements to Rainmaker’s Intelligent Lead Management (ILM), a user-friendly, next-generation leasing effectiveness solution. The advances will make it easier to transfer information about a lead between a community's individual phases and between communities within the same portfolio as well as bolster users' ability to communicate and schedule appointments with prospects.
"These enhancements based in large part on the feedback of our users further solidify ILM's position as the most advanced, powerful and user-friendly lead management solution in the industry," said Craig Zeutzius, president of Rainmaker ILM. "This is truly a best-in-breed solution that is redefining lead management in the same way Rainmaker's LRO revolutionized revenue management. When apartment companies see the power of converging their revenue management, lead management and marketing, they will revolutionize their demand generation efforts regardless of market condition."
The industry’s only product to score every inbound and outbound contact with prospective renters, ILM is a first-of-its-kind application that synthesizes data from multiple sources and systems to prioritize leads in real time. This analysis highlights the leads that have a greater likelihood of conversion. The system compiles rich data on the effectiveness of a community's advertising sources in delivering leads as well as the performance of a community's call center and onsite staff in answering and handling prospect calls. ILM provides similarly powerful analytics to give unprecedented insight into the performance of leasing teams from the time a prospective resident first contacts a property through to a signed lease.
The enhancements are designed to further improve user functionality as well as prospect interactions. ILM advances lead tracking operations with the transfer of lead information through its sister properties interface and robust multiple-phase menu. The system allows the exchange of lead data without having to manually re-enter data.
John Reardon, vice president of marketing for Boston-based Beacon Communities, which recently began using ILM, says the multiple-phase functionality will have a substantial impact on operations. "It may seem like a minute detail to an outsider, but from a leasing perspective and when you are trying to manage leads as effectively as possible, being able to transfer them easily between phases without duplicating efforts is really important. We no longer have to figure out a ‘workaround’ in our property management system to transfer leads. Since ILM integrates all phases of a property into a single dashboard we are now able to optimize our leasing throughout every phase of a project," he said.
Along with the specific improvements Reardon has been impressed with Rainmaker's commitment to listening to its ILM customers and using that feedback to improve the solution. "They're continually asking for feedback from those of us in the field and using that information to innovate," Reardon said. "The whole attitude at ILM is to never be complacent, to continuously modernize and to work in partnership with their customers to make the product as great as it can be."
Jason Whittington, vice president of business solutions for Gene B. Glick, an ILM client, echoes Reardon's sentiments. "The ILM team’s responsiveness and their desire to not only listen to our needs but to actually address them is something that we could not be more pleased about," he said.
ILM's new texting feature with integrated SMS texting capabilities enables leasing agents to correspond with leads and prospects in the communication channel they want to use is an enhancement that Gene B. Glick is particularly excited about, Whittington noted. "All the statistics and studies show that people are much more likely people to respond to a text message than they are to a phone call or email," he said. "Having the ability to efficiently communicate with prospects in the way they want directly through ILM will streamline our communication processes as well as further improve our overall leasing performance.”
The ILM enhancement also includes iCal and .ics calendar attachments on all property tour emails from a leasing agent to a prospect so prospects can easily add appointments to their calendars.
