Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) February 16, 2016
SureVest Insurance Group, serving the families of Raleigh and Charlotte, NC with an ongoing community enrichment program, unveils their latest fundraising campaign. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County protects and shelters countless animals who are old or ill and who have been abused, neglected and/or abandoned. Compassionate community members who would like join the SPCA’s worthy mission may view the campaign and contribute here: http://www.surevestinsurance.com/Helping-Homeless-Pets-Find-A-Home_23_community_cause.
SPCA is a no-kill organization which takes in over 3200 animals a year, providing food, attention, exercise, medical care and behavior support until loving adoptive homes can be found. Partnering with other animal welfare organizations in and around the area, SPCA also accepts owner surrendered and stray animals on a limited basis. Additional vital services include educating the public on responsible pet ownership and striving to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs. Dedicated SPCA volunteers endeavor to create a more humane community where every pet has a good home.
“We believe the health of a community is measured by the compassion it shows to it’s most vulnerable members,” said Chris Clark, principal of SureVest Insurance Group. “Many of us count our pets among our very best friends, so this is a cause close to our hearts. We’re more than happy to help the SPCA and our furry friends in-need any way we can.”
From their offices in Raleigh and Cornelius, the caring team at SureVest is busy engaging the support of their vast network of customers, business partners and personal contacts. They have also dedicated a full page of their monthly magazine to feature the campaign for SPCA. Our Hometown magazine, which is delivered to thousands of households in the surrounding areas, may be viewed here: http://www.martinezinsurancegroup.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.
Putting their money where their bark is, the agency itself has pledged to donate $10 to this very worthy cause for each and every person recommended to the agency for a quote. Those willing to help spread the word about the initiative for SPCA may recommend a friend for an insurance evaluation for their home, car, life, or more with no purchase necessary, making it easy to contribute.
