The Matheson Law Office, a Wake County Criminal Law Firm, is please to announce the promotion of Cameron Hardesty to the position of Attorney Matheson's acting Paralegal.

The Matheson Law Office, which provides legal defense to those facing Wake County Criminal, DWI, and Traffic Charges has continued to grow. With the added work that has come from the influx of new clients, the Matheson Law Office is constantly finding ways to improve their services to their client base. For that reason, it is with great excitement that the Matheson Law Office announces the new Paralegal for the team, Cameron Hardesty.

Cameron began working for the Matheson Law Office earlier this year. At that time, he was assigned various support roles to assist Raleigh DWI Attorney M. Moseley Matheson in preparing for court. His position during this time has been Legal Assistant to Attorney Matheson. During that time, Mr. Hardesty has helped develop various filing and calendering procedures to better help Attorney Matheson in his representation of his clients while at the same time enabling clients to stay better informed about upcoming court dates and what to expect when they arrive at court.

While working for the Matheson Law Office, Mr. Hardesty attended the Duke University Paralegal school in the evenings. This program has taught Mr. Hardesty the in's and out's of serving as a Paralegal in a law firm. Though Mr. Hardesty has become an intricate part of Mr. Matheson's daily routine, the role of a Paralegal is much more involved in preparing cases.

On Saturday, July 13, 2013, Mr. Hardesty graduated from the Duke University Paralegal program. With this certification he has worked so hard to obtain, Mr. Hardesty is now ready to directly assist attorney Matheson with his clients facing Wake County DWI Charges and criminal charges.

"Mr Hardesty has worked hard to help us streamline our operation and better serve our clients, all while attending school at night to make him even more effective at his work." Raleigh DWI Lawyer M. With this new position, Mr. Hardesty will now directly assist Attorney Matheson with the preparation for cases, particularly the filing of pre-trial motions and trial prep. With his new education, Mr. Hardesty's input on potential Defensive tactics will be utilized by Attorney Matheson in this caseload. Mr. Hardesty's efforts to expand his knowledge base will better serve the clients of the Matheson Law Office while at the same time, continue to provide them with the top-notch customer service they have come to expect.
