Stephan joins the Ready team from his previous role as Head of Higher Education Sales at D2L, the leading LMS solution for Higher Education, serving over 15 million users.
Stephan has led sales efforts at D2L for over 14 years and helped the company grow to $120+ million annually. As a senior member of the executive team, Stephan played an active developmental role in defining overall company strategy and market development to accelerate growth. Stephan holds a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University and is certified in numerous sales, sales management and coaching methodologies. He is extremely passionate about higher education and helping impact student and institutional success.
