Real Estate Company Gives Families the Power to Own Their Own Homes
NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 08, 2019 -- Anthony Williams, the CEO of Real Estate is Power, has been around the real estate world since he was two years old. Since Williams’ mom was a broker, he and his siblings were raised in real estate. The desire to work in real estate started for Williams when he realized what growing up in a family-owned house actually meant. His goal has been to furnish other families and young couples with the same opportunity he had and has today.
One of the focuses of Real Estate Is Power is to help first-time home buyers. Because of his real estate background, Williams gained a passion to see people give their children a home in some of the best possible communities. As the face of Real Estate Is Power, Williams gets satisfaction when a family he has consulted with says thank you for giving them the keys to their own home.
Real Estate Is Power is a one-stop-shop for all types of buyers, including those buying a home, buying a property to flip, or buying investment property.
In addition to the consulting and real estate agency, Real Estate Is Power also includes an apparel line, which is “couturing” the real estate, finance, and generational wealth community. One of the most frequently purchased items from the line is the hats (baseball caps, skully and beanies, ski masks, strap backs, visors and dad hats). The line was created to give the community of consultants, developers, investors, agents, attorneys, title companies, loan officers, finance trendsetters, and inspired generational wealth lovers a conversational piece that would announce what they do and who they are when walking into any room. In this field, prospecting, networking, and marketing play a big part in one’s success, so these pieces are great conversation starters that have led to tangible business deals. The $40 purchase creates a fantastic ROI with the business that they attract.

On the mentorship side, Real Estate Is Power mentors real estate investors and real estate agents globally through the Yellow Letter Mentoring Program. Williams’ mother, Wendy Williams Lovejoy, handles that portion of the business. In one training, the clothing line called Real Estate Is Power Apparel was created. It includes hats with slogans like “let’s make real estate great again” and “real estate is power.”
Anthony Williams, the CEO of Real Estate is Power, says, “I’m driven to make Real Estate is Power a household name. What families get from home ownership is not limited to financial security, but also helps with self-confidence and so much more.” He adds, “Owning a home is the best gift you can give your family. Owning rental property is the gift you give the generations that follow. First-time home buyers need solutions to keep their journey to home ownership moving forward, and Real Estate Is Power provides that in a simple, yet impactful way.”

I have been in real estate all my life. I grew up involved in the family real estate business since I was in Pampers. I also managed the rental division of the family real estate business when I was 16, which gave me the experience to help the people who came across my path. I have also worked with numerous mortgage banks, such as: 1st Capitol, Vanguard Funding, Triumph Funding, and Alliance, just to name a few. Then, I went on to fix and flip countless properties. Then, when the market reset and the country faced a recession in 2008, I started consulting consumers, giving them the blueprint to get to the closing table in a timely fashion.
