(OTCQB: RBIZ), RealBiz Media Group announced today that they have just launched their newest real estate marketing tool: NestBuilder PowerAgent. NestBuilder is both a consumer and agent driven portal, which proudly boasts the fastest listing video converter on the web. Starting this month, NestBuilder’s PowerAgent backend will combine the portal with RealBiz’s powerful suite of marketing tools - creating one of real estate’s most comprehensive set of products for agents.
PowerAgent has taken the NestBuilder portal, complete with all of its built-in tools such as housing collections, and enhanced its capabilities. On the video creation side, PowerAgent has connected its EzFlix product: a complete listing video suite that allows agents to take their automated videos and add important information such as video introductions and community videos. All PowerAgent participants will automatically get their listings converted to beautiful videos, which they are then able to edit and further customize.
PowerAgent has also incorporated RealBiz’s ReachFactor tool which allows agents to send out reviews and surveys to past customers. PowerAgent also takes email and social media marketing into account and incorporates a full Facebook and Twitter scheduling tool, as well as a CRM to upload and edit clients in their address book and complete syndication capabilities for videos to Facebook, YouTube, Zillow and Trulia.
