New consumer app, NestBuilder Mobile, development completed

RealBiz Media Group, Inc. (OTCQB: RBIZ), announced today that it has completed development of a new consumer app, NestBuilder Mobile. The completion of the app marks a new era for NestBuilder, as the launch coincides with significant traffic growth from real estate agents and users alike. The app will be made publicly available in the Google Play store within the next 48 hours for free.

The timing of the release comes after a successful test of the NestBuilder platform. Results were taken from 1,500 real estate agents who participated in a “free trial” of the NestBuilder Agent platform. The website helps agents, with or without listings, market themselves to prospective clients. NestBuilder reported a month-over-month traffic increase of 92% from August to September, which can be attributed to a growing number of consumers using the site to browse listing videos and contact agents.

“Agents have helped us identify additional site enhancements with the number one request being a mobile platform. To this end both the Nestbuilder Mobile consumer app and the EzFlix agent app will be integrated into the site shortly. While it is still in its early days, the traffic increase is encouraging. What really gets us excited is the increase in leads agents are receiving,” stated Bill Kerby, CEO. Agent leads have increased 262% month-over-month from August to September, and that number is steadily growing. Agents are using the website to market themselves and their properties to consumers; the growth in leads is a clear indicator that the model is working for active agents.
