Real Estate Performance Review for Kildeer Announced by John Herman Team

The real estate performance review for homes in Kildeer showed a significant increase in the number of closed sales and the median sales price on homes sold. The number of closed sales rose by 22%, increasing from 50 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 61 closed sales for the year ending June 30, 2013. The median sales price also increased, rising from $516,500 for the year ending June 30, 2012 to $525,000 for the year ending June 30, 2013.
The year ending June 30, 2013 did, however, reveal a decrease of 37% in the number of homes for sale. The month did show some improvement in the market time for homes sold in this community, as the number of days homes remained on the market dropped from 285 days for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 272 days for the year ending June 30, 2013. There was also a decline in the month’s supply of inventory for Kildeer homes for sale the month’s supply of inventory rell from 15.9 homes for the year ending June 30, 2012 to 7.0 homes for the year ending June 30, 2013.
