RE/MAX Realtor Danna Hinz Celebrates 1st Anniversary with 100+ Women Who Care

Louisville, CO (PRWEB) March 14, 2017 -- International Real Estate Specialist Danna Hinz, of The Hinz Group at RE/MAX Alliance - Louisville, is commemorating her first anniversary as a member of 100+ Women Who Care, a diverse group that makes an immediate, positive and direct impact on those in need in the community. “To be able to learn about so many wonderful local organizations and to affect them in such an immediate way is very heart-warming,” said Hinz.

With donations of $10,000 per quarter and $40,000 annually, 100+ Women Who Care collectively make a difference in different local non-profits. The members are able to put a charity of their choice in fishbowl for a drawing. Three names are then chosen from the submissions. Each member whose charity is drawn is given five minutes to argue for their charity.

“I was picked early in 2016 and my charity was the Helburg Law Enforcement Memorial,” added Hinz. “This particular charity is for Marshal Victor Helburg, who died on October 28, 1915. He was the only Louisville, CO, law official to have died in the line of duty.”

This past February’s meeting chose the Mother House, a Boulder-based nonprofit that provides a safe-haven for pregnant women who are at risk. “Mother House protects these at-risk girls/women, and provides a home and nurturing environment during their pregnancy, where they will learn life and parenting skills,” concluded Hinz.

Its past meeting also added 16 new members, bringing 100+ Women Who Care to eighty-four members. The group is fast approaching its goal of the first one-hundred women.
