Monte Marrocco, a 17-year RE/MAX Leading Edge veteran, recently moved his award-winning business to Coldwell Banker in Winchester. “I transitioned to Coldwell Banker to be able to better service my clients,” said Marrocco, a pillar in the Winchester community and founder of The Marrocco Group. “Sometimes, even Realtors need to make a move.”

Marrocco’s experience, knowledge of the market and ability to adapt to ever-changing marketing and technology strategies have driven his success during the course of his distinguished career. He has sold approximately 1,000 homes in over 30 communities, and consistently ranks among the Top 100 Agents in the United States.

Furthermore, Marrocco holds great relationships with numerous builders throughout the area, making him a great resource for new construction before they hit the market. In fact, he has sold over 400 new construction homes.
