During the year-end survey, RecordAccount.com discovered that some customers clicked away from the site before they got their results.

RecordAccount.com is upgrading their servers and database to allow people to obtain faster search results in the new year, the company said yesterday.
“We recently completed a year-end customer service survey asking people how we could improve our service,” a RecordAccount.com spokesman said. “What we found is that the number one request was for our search service to deliver results more quickly. So, we are taking action now to make sure that happens.”
In order to make search results appear as fast as possible, RecordAccount.com is updating both their servers and their database, he said.
“In 2013, it took an average of five minutes for a customer to get the results of their search delivered to their desktop, laptop or mobile device,” he said. “While we are still beta testing the upgraded servers, we believe that we should be able to get results to customers in an average of two to three minutes in 2014.”
During the year-end survey, RecordAccount.com discovered that some customers clicked away from the site before they got their results, he said.
“Some customers thought that the system had frozen and was not going to provide them their report at all,” he said. “By having less of a lag time in 2014, we hope to correct that misconception.”
The servers and database should be out of beta by the first week in January, he said.
“As soon as we've made sure there are no hardware or software glitches, we'll be up and running,” he said.
