Sacramento Public Library in Partnership with Recorded Books Announces Launch of Online Software Training Database Atomic Training
(PRWEB) September 09, 2013 -- Sacramento Public Library (Sacramento, CA), in partnership with RBdigital from Recorded Books (Prince Frederick, MD), is pleased to introduce Atomic Training, a comprehensive online database of how-to training tutorials covering popular Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and Google software programs, to your library.
Through the library’s website, patrons of Sacramento Public Library will have unlimited access to these videos in the library or at home. With in-depth software training tutorials to fit users’ needs, these videos help patrons of all ages improve job skills and become more proficient in basic computer applications. Mobile device training is also available, allowing patrons to learn how to get the most out of their smartphones and tablets.
“Atomic Training makes it easier to get answers to your computer questions and learn new software,” said Amy Calhoun, Sacramento Public Library Virtual Branch Coordinator. “Sacramento Public Library offers in-person classes on computer skills and adding Atomic Training allows us to expand the opportunities for learning to anytime, anywhere with your library card.”
