Top Echelon Reveals Branding Statements for Its Recruiter Network
Canton, Ohio (PRWEB) July 26, 2013 -- Top Echelon, a company dedicated to helping recruiters make more placements, recently revealed the branding statements for one of its services. That service, Top Echelon Network, has not one, but two branding statements, each designed for different purposes.
The first of the branding statements is “Top Echelon Network, an elite recruiter network of highly specialized search firms.” This statement is the one used when Top Echelon is branding the Network to the general public, to those people who don’t have extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry.
According to Top Echelon President Mark Demaree, the first branding statement is also used by Network recruiters to brand their firms and agencies as being part of “an elite recruiter network.”
“Recruiters in Top Echelon Network have an average tenure of 15 years in the industry,” said Demaree. “Not only that, but they’ve also earned high-profile industry certifications, belong to state and national associations, won numerous awards, and earned various accolades. We consider them to be the ‘best of the best’ when it comes to independent recruiting firms, and we take great pride in being able to brand them as such to the rest of the country.”
The second of the branding statements is “Top Echelon Network, the leading split network of recruiters.” This statement, conversely, is used when Top Echelon is branding the Network directly to recruiters, since they know what a “split network” is and the general public might not.
“When we’re promoting and branding Top Echelon Network to recruiters, we use the phrase ‘split network,” said Demaree. “By and large, those in the recruiting industry are familiar with what a ‘split network’ is, especially those who have experience making split placements and those who have made splits a part of their business model.”
A split placement is a situation in which one recruiter has a job opening and another recruiter has a qualified candidate to fill that job opening. Once the job recruiter’s client hires the candidate, the two recruiters then split the placement fee.
Top Echelon Network has helped recruiters make over 20,000 placements in this fashion since the Network was founded over 25 years ago.
Nearly 400 recruiting firms and agencies from all major industries are part of Top Echelon Network, founded in 1988 and based in Canton, Ohio. Network recruiters can search open job orders and qualified candidates, set up automated email alerts, and share information with each other for the purpose of making split placements.
