Reid has more than two decades of experience in leadership roles in human resources, and he has worked both domestically and internationally in the insurance, financial services, information services, and software industries. He also has extensive experience building highly effective teams, developing talent, and promoting consistent business practices across organizations.

During his career, Reid has worked with a variety of organizations, including Elsevier Corporation, Ceridian Corporation, and Thomson Reuters Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Morehouse College in Atlanta.
