Fit Body Boot Camp in Redlands and Calimesa Celebrate November by Launching a Series of Charity Events Benefiting the Inland Empire
Redlands, CA (PRWEB) November 14, 2013 -- In an effort to give back above and beyond this coming holiday season, the Fit Body Boot Camp in Redlands and Calimesa announces the launch of several fundraising boot camp events during the month of November that benefits local charities in and around in the Inland Empire area.
Redlands and Calimesa Fit Body Boot Camp will kick off their month long fundraising efforts with a food and clothing drive open to the public at both locations. Participants can either bring in non-perishable canned food items in exchange for a Saturday workout or chose to bring in a gently used winter coat or sleeping bag for one free week of boot camp.
The Calimesa boot camp will donate their collected canned food items to the Lifeline Street Ministry and the Redlands location will donate to the San Bernardino Teacher’s Association, both of which are dedicated to feeding school children during holiday breaks where they do not have access to their school’s free lunch program. Winter coats and sleeping bags collected through the free week of boot camp fundraiser will be given to the local Inland Empire homeless population.
Inspired by a member’s family battle with prostate cancer and also wanting to support the men’s health movement known as Movember, the owner of both the Redlands and Calimesa Fit Body Boot Camps, Rebecca Tabbert, has decided to host a special one hour boot camp challenge on November 17th at 8:00 am to raise awareness. A minimum donation of $10 is requested and 100% of the funds collected will be donated for prostate cancer research.

To close out their November fundraising series, the Redlands and Calimesa Fit Body Boot Camp will host a Turkey Day Calorie Burn workout on Thanksgiving morning at 7:30 am open to the community at location to be announced. “Come have fun with us as we celebrate with friends and family in a killer fat burning workout.
