“A lot of people think that a boot camp workout is all about military-style calisthenics and a lot of yelling,” says owner Rebecca Tabbert. “But it’s actually a very fun and supportive atmosphere and you won’t find any calisthenics here, either.”
Instead, the boot camp’s thirty-minute sessions combine functional resistance and high-intensity interval training to prompt the afterburn effect of raised metabolism and burn fat fast.
