This list recognizes 33 hotels in 18 countries that opened within June 2012 – July 2013 that have provided guests with excellent customer service and accommodations. Each hotel earned a minimum of a four out of five rating on TripAdvisor in order to be considered. Some notable user reviews of Refinery Hotel from the site refer to the “stunning hotel in a fantastic location” as “a cool, stylish space with fantastic, friendly, and unpretentious staff.” Others reference the “spacious rooms” and the “accommodating staff,” which are “OUTSTANDING in every way.”
