Reflexis EMEA Hosts Inaugural Customer Forum in London
LONDON (PRWEB) October 09, 2018 -- Reflexis Systems, Inc. is proud to announce that they held their first ever EMEA Customer Forum on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at the Malmaison Hotel in London.
Top European retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op, Waitrose & Partners, John Lewis & Partners, McDonald’s, Coop Group (Switzerland), Dixons Carphone and Selfridges, Amadeus Food (The NEC Group) and OBI joined Reflexis representatives for a day of sharing retail industry insights.
With a mix of new and long-standing customers, the EMEA Customer Forum was a welcomed opportunity for retailers to network and hear best practice guidance from other Reflexis users who are streamlining their store operations and optimising workforce management. Customers also gained a clear overview of the Reflexis product roadmap and the increasing value that they can expect in the following year.
Some of the highlights from the day were the Workforce Management Customer Panel that included Waitrose & Partners, McDonald’s, and Dixons Carphone, and was hosted by Chris Love, Chief Alliances Officer at REPL and the Task Manager Customer Panel that was joined by Tesco, Coop Group (Switzerland) and Co-op UK. George Lawrie, Vice President & Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, also attended and gave an insightful presentation on Next Generation Retail. The day ended on a high note with the Customer Recognition Awards that were won by customers for their innovative use of Reflexis products, ROI achievement, and outstanding implementation.
